1. Location, Location, Location! Location is amazing. Close to everything we want to visit in Yalova. From what we saw, this was the closest hotel to everything that also has free parking included. 2. As mentioned in point 1. Free parking service and vallet. 3. Employees are the sweetest. Ervene Busa and the specially bell boy (name starts with an E but forgot his name unfortunately). They were very friendly and helpful whenever we requested anything. 4. Room is spacious, very clean and nice furniture. 5. Breakfast has a good variety. 6. Has a useful supermarket in the same building. 7. Complimentary turkish bath and sauna. Although we did not get the chance to use it.

Staying in RAMADA for second time. Staff is very kind and always helpful. Not many speak proper English but the Tall guy and Nice girl are speak very good (sorry, did not remember names). Breakfast is very nice, always fresh and decent. Gym is minimal but free and cozy. Possible to order sauna. Rooms are spacious, modern and quiet. Good hot water and always clean towels. Very comfortable hotel.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and the staff played a big part in that. I want to give a special mention to Ismail and Ercan for their exceptional service and professionalism. They were both incredibly helpful and made my stay much more comfortable. Their dedication and friendliness truly stood out

For me the location was good, very near to the ferry terminal. The seaside is very close. There is a small shopping mall nearby. Walking along the seaside is very nice, many good restaurants and places for sightseeing. The street just near the hotel is a shopping street, you can walk for kilometers and find all kinds of shops. The food at the hotel was good, both the included breakfast and the ordered dinner. The staff was friendly and helpful.
